FAQ

Q: Can I cut back tree branches growing from my neighbours property?

A: If the tree is not located within a conservation area or not protected by a tree preservation order (TPO) you are allowed to remove branches growing over your boundary, without your neighbours permission. However you can not enter your neighbours garden to reach the branches as this would be trespassing. The branches should be offered back to the neighbour as they are their property.
